As a label printer for roll-fed labels, we ensure product quality throughout the entire process chain—from prepress through production to final inspection. Our ISO 9001 quality management ensures clear processes, documented inspection points, and reproducible results. Upon request, we can manufacture labels using FSC®-certified materials for sustainably produced labels.
What we check – so that your label works
- Color Management & Tonal Value: Comparison with current Pantone references, defined densities, and measurement points for stable color images – series after series.
- Register & Registration: Continuous target/actual checks for razor-sharp contours, fine typography, and clean multicolor.
- Material & Adhesive: Incoming material inspection, adhesion and abrasion tests; verification of surfaces, coatings, and laminates.
- Die-cutting & Finishing: Burr-free die-cutting, defined winding and core diameter, correct roll length, and web direction.
- Variable Data & Codes: Visual and functional testing of barcodes/QR codes for reliable readability along the supply chain.
Our standards – from data acceptance to finished rolls
In our in-house prepress department, data is preflighted, prepared, and optimized for flexo, offset, or digital printing. Approvals are transparent – with samples available upon request. During production, we combine inline monitoring with documented in-process controls. Upon request, our 100% final inspection, including test reports, batch labeling, and secure packaging, guarantees consistent quality. This ensures your labels reliably reach their destination – ready for use, perfectly fitting, and compliant with standards.
We use the right process for your requirements: flexographic printing for large print runs, offset printing for the highest level of detail (wet and dry offset), and digital printing for short delivery times and a wide range of variants – always with stable processes and documented test points.
